These 6 courses are required:

 ◆  Seminar 4 credits (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th semester)
 ◆  Advanced stem cell biology 2 credits (1st semester)
 ◆  Forum for cell therapy & regeneration medicine 2 credits (1st, 2nd semester)
 ◆  Special topics in cell therapy & regeneration medicine 2 credits (2nd semester)
 ◆  Immune cell therapy 2 credits (2nd semester)
 ◆  Dissertation 12 credits

Suggested Electives:

 ◆  Cell biology (must Electives ,either from cell biology or molecular biology) 3 credits (1st semester)
 ◆  Molecular biology (must Electives ,either from cell biology or molecular biology) 3 credits (2nd semester)
 ◆  Medical statistics (must Electives) 2 credits (1st semester)
 ◆  Stem cell research in medicine 2 credits

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 30 credits, including 24 credits of required courses.
Most of the course requirement can be completed in 2 years, candidates shall satisfy the requirements list below for the Ph.D. degree

  • Reporting at an academic symposium for at least one time
  • At least 1 original publication in SCI, SSCI journal (ranked in top 50%) as the first author
  • TMU Research and Learning Passport” (No credit. Participate in at least 36 hours of on-campus or off-campus lectures or international conferences before applying for the graduation defense.)
