Important Announcements for Continuing Students – Fall Semester 2026

1️⃣ Registration & Tuition Payment

(For continuing students only; excluding newly admitted Fall 2026 students)

The Registration Section has published the Registration and Tuition Payment Information, and a notification has been sent to all continuing students via their university email accounts.

📅 Tuition Payment Period: August 8–31, 2026

Payment slips will be available for online printing starting August 8:

⚠️ Important: Tuition payment completed within the designated period is considered completion of registration. Students who fail to register by the deadline may be subject to dismissal in accordance with the University’s Academic Regulations.

2️⃣ Resumption of Studies

The Registration Section has mailed the Notice for Resumption of Studies. International students have also been notified via their TMU email accounts.

📅 Application Period (Resume Studies / Extend Leave):
August 3–24, 2026 (by 5:00 PM)

⚠️ According to the TMU Academic Regulations, a leave of absence may not exceed two years. Students unable to resume their studies due to serious illness or exceptional circumstances may apply for an extension with the approval of the University President.

3️⃣ Leave of Absence & Withdrawal

The application procedures for Leave of Absence, Withdrawal, and Resumption of Studies have been announced by the Registration Section.

📅 Deadline for Leave/Withdrawal Applications:
September 4, 2026 (5:00 PM)

Students applying for leave of absence or withdrawal must submit the completed application with all required approvals to the Registration Section by the deadline. Tuition exemption will only be granted after approval by the Dean of Academic Affairs.
