This message is regarding the amendment and promulgation of the Regulations Governing the Employment of Part-Time Teachers in Tertiary Education Institutions.

Please kindly be informed that:

1. Pursuant to MINISTRY OF EDUCATION Order Tai-Jiao-Ren(1)-Zi No. 1144203611D, the salient amendment to the “ Regulations Governing the Employment of Part-Time Teachers in Tertiary Education Institutions ” is the Article 17, the addition of Mental Health Leave.

2. The additions and amendments shall take effect on October 29, 2025.

3. The latest Regulations in English has yet to be promulgated by the Ministry of Education. The latest Regulations in English will be provided after the promulgation.
