Graduation Procedure in Fall Semester, 2021

I. Period: From January 17th to February 18th 2022, (not include holiday)
9:00~12:00 AM; 2:00~5:00 PM

II. Please visit “Academic & Student Affairs Information System” to check if you meet Graduate Qualification.

III. Please refer to the attachment for detailed procedures required by each office. If it shows “X” or you have any problem, please ask the contact person of each office.

IV. After complete the procedures of each office, please make sure to bring your student ID card.

In case of collection by proxy, the proxy shall bring the Authorization Letter, his/her own National ID card/Alien Resident Certificate ID and the student ID card of the authorizer to Registration section for collection.
