【Application for Credit Transfer on 2022 Spring Semester】

I.Eligibility: Only for freshman who enrolled on 2021 Fall Semester (Sep. 2021)

II.Courses cannot be applied:
1.Courses under studying, courses withdrawal and course waived on 2021 Fall Semester.
2.Courses already waived from previous degree.

III.Procedure of Apply：
1.Please apply on Academic & Students Affairs Information System
https://newacademic.tmu.edu.tw/
(1) Period: Jan. 10th 2022(Mon.) 9:00 A.M.~ Jan. 12th 2022(Wed.) 5:00 P.M.
(2) Documents below must be scanned as pdf files and uploaded on system
a. Syllabus from previous degree
b. Complete Transcript from previous degree
c. Scan version is required and must be identical with official version
2.Submit Original and Official Complete Transcript (Hardcopy) to Registration Section
(1)Due Date: From the date of application to Jan. 12th 2022(Wed.) 6:00 P.M.
(2)The original must be the same as the uploaded electronic file, including the date of printing

IV.Confirm Results: One week before school beginning, student could check the result on Academic & Students Affairs Information System
